DuluxGroup is the Australian listed group of companies that compete in the paints, protective coatings, construction, cabinetry, hardware, garden care and garage door categories.
DuluxGroup needed assistance to create and deploy a range of sales training solutions for a disparate group of legacy and newly acquired businesses. Whilst looking to extract synergy savings through consolidation and unification, it was crucial that the solutions were tailored for channel and different cultures.
Initially we designed the DuluxGroup selling language and a core stack of content. We then delivered a range of training to both front line, account managers and sales managers. We have even facilitated war game simulations and sales conference sessions. Today, Dulux own their tailored content and deliver these programs via a dedicated internal resource, with new innovation coming from new program content, video reinforcement and integration, to information systems.
Now in to our eighth continuous year working with Dulux, BIG have become their first choice designer and deliverer of sales training to drive ongoing sales capability development across the group in Australia and New Zealand.
